Forest Preserve Commission
Functions of Forest Preserve Commission:
The Forest Preserve Commission is the governing body of the Rock Island County Forest Preserve District. It is the duty of the Forest Preserve Commission to oversee and approve all rules, policies, budgets, procedures, etc., presented by the Forest Preserve Committee.
Meetings are held each month, following the 5:30PM Rock Island County Board Meeting at the Rock Island County Building which is located at 1504 Third Avenue in Rock Island, Illinois unless otherwise noted.
